How do I set up a custom domain?
In company settings, enter your domain and add a CNAME record to DNS. SSL certificate is created automatically. Custom domain is available on the Professional plan.
What formats does import support?
CSV and Excel (.xlsx). The import wizard lets you map your file columns to system fields, validates data, and shows errors before importing.
Can I translate the interface to my language?
Krafte supports 13 languages out of the box. If your language isn't on the list — contact us and we'll consider adding it.
