How does batch/lot traceability work?
With batch tracking (Pro and Enterprise), you can trace materials from suppliers through production to finished goods. Each material batch has its own lot number, expiration date, and quantity. When producing, you select which batches to use, creating a complete audit trail for quality control and recalls.
